TLS Radio

For the last month or so Ive been working with a shoutcast server located on the TLS box. I havent seen any difference in the game so Im pushing it on. I have ALMOST fully configured the sam broadcaster client I am using to work with requests/dedication. Here is the link to listen: http:/thelastsunrise.net:8000 You should enter this link in your browser and download the listen.pls file and open it with a media player. Or you can open your media player and find where you would go to connect to a shoutcast stream. I can help if there is any confusion as Ive used most of em. Additionally soon I will have the link on the playlist/dedication/request page that will open an external media player and connect you to the stream. I have yet to set this up. The following is the link to the playlist and also the way to request/dedicate songs: http://thelastsunrise.net/samPHPweb/index.html If you would like to also do some djing it would require you to use a program like sam audio which requires mysql or some other db util. Or you can do the simple route. Either way I can fully explain how to do it either way. I will (in the future) be purchasing items of special interest for TLS players. These objects will be given out by radio contests and very rarely put up for a quest on the mud. The pricing to ship is gonna be a pain so Im not gonna do it often. Maybe once a month or so. Sorry guys I have failed you.. It will never happen again...

I failed to test the voting booth before I started all this so I would like everyone to do the following:

1. Please note me in area public with your vote. A number of the banner on the website is all thats required.
2. Only one vote per player. If I have to check ips I will but I dont want to.
3. Please take into consideration the time spent and remember that the name of the mud as well as the ip:port must be included.

Submissions for our NEW website header/banner!

Here is a sneak peak at what banners people have contributed to tls and gotten 1k qps per banner up to 3. The voting will start June 4th and end July4th. Sometime in july I will switch the banner and the template of the website to match the banner. When we vote please vote for the # you like the most.

New header wanted

Ive decided to change the header or banner at the top of the page. I would like something that matches the current theme but I wouldnt mind changing it if the banner gets voted in. Yes there will be a vote. Im giving 1k qps for a banner up to 3 limit but you can make more if you would like. You get nothing for winning but you do get the 3k qps for attempting.
